**Trainer cum Quality Control**

**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 2 years minimum in the same role

**Timings** :3:30 AM to 12:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Audits & Quality Control**: Regularly monitors and audits telesales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.
- **New Starter Support & Induction**: Actively supports the onboarding process by helping with product training and induction for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform in their roles.
- **SSM Campaign**: Assists with the SSM campaign by working on appointment setting for the sales team, helping to drive engagement and improve booking rates.
- **Sales Reporting**: Managing and maintaining accurate sales reports, providing visibility on performance metrics, and helping inform strategic decisions.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Trainer cum Quality Control.: 2 years (preferred)
