RECRUITMENT OPEN FOR FRESHER [Male & Female]

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, fares, and ticketing policies.
- Assisting passengers with booking and purchasing tickets, either in person at an airport ticket counter or over the phone.
- Processing ticket transactions and accepting payment, either with cash or credit card.
- Checking passengers in for flights and issuing boarding passes.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints related to ticketing and travel.
- Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales and transactions.
- Providing general assistance to passengers, such as helping with baggage or directing passengers to their gate.

**Eligibility Criteria -**
- Education: applicant must have completed their high school or diploma.
- Language skills: Airport ticketing officers may need to communicate with passengers who speak different languages, so proficiency in multiple languages may be an advantage.
- Customer service skills: Airport ticketing officers should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner.
- Attention to detail: This role requires careful attention to detail, as mistakes in ticketing can have serious consequences.
