Front Office Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, redirect calls, and handle queries efficiently
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure coordination for internal and external meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with the admin/security team
- Provide administrative support as required (scanning, filing, basic data entry)
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day front office operations
**Key Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in front office/receptionist roles
- Female employees only
- Must be comfortable to wear business formals - blazers all time during the work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
