**Job Details**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in a Financial firm or equivalent fast-paced environment
- Good problem solving. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good general knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Comfortable with the principles TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with 2FA, mobile technology ( IOS and Android )
- Knowledge of PC hardware and experience of troubleshooting PC issues and printers
- Citrix / virtualization knowledge an advantage
- Strong desire to learn new skills, expand upon and improve existing ones
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be fluent in English

**Working days/hours**: Monday to Friday - 11:30am-8:30pm IST; **Fully working from the office** - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
