Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students, covering a wide range of mathematical concepts and reasoning techniques.

3. Assessment and Feedback: Create and administer regular assessments, practice tests, and mock exams to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

4. Student Support: Offer individualized guidance and support to students, addressing their doubts, concerns, and areas of improvement in mathematics and reasoning.

5. Resource Development: Prepare educational materials, study aids, and supplementary resources to aid students in their exam preparation.

6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in public service exam patterns, ensuring that course materials and teaching methods remain current.

7. Motivation and Mentoring: Inspire and motivate students to excel in their studies and encourage them to stay focused and determined.

8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance, and provide periodic reports to management and students themselves.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a coordinated approach to students' overall exam preparation.

Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate Degree.

2. Proven experience in teaching mathematics and reasoning, preferably for public services exams will be preferred.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.

6. Proficiency in using modern teaching methods and technology in education.

7. Dedication to staying updated on the latest trends and patterns in public services exams.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in developing online courses or content for e-learning platforms.

2. Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.

3. Experience in mentoring and guiding students in the field of public service exam preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
