**Responsibilities and duties**
- Regular interaction with clients, both day and night inspections, quality control.
- Ensure SOP's are followed at every unit.
- Should be able to recruit guards.
- Responsible for Training of security personnel.
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and clients.
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
- Do site surveys.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.

Qualifications & Skills*
- 21+ years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
- Diploma required.
- Two-wheeler required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of following complex instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in the company’s screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
