**Job Title**:Mendix Administrator
**Location**:Bangalore (On site)

**Experience**: 2+years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Environment Management:

- Administer Mendix environments across development, test, and production.
- Application Deployment:

- Monitor deployment processes and resolve any issues promptly.
- System Monitoring and Performance:

- Monitor system performance and usage metrics to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and system failures.
- Security Management:

- Implement security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards.
- Backup and Recovery:

- Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Support and Maintenance:

- Provide technical support to development teams and end-users.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and patch updates.
- Integration and Collaboration:

- Work closely with DevOps and development teams for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with vendors and support teams for platform upgrades and issue resolution.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Mendix platform architecture and administration.
- Experience in managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Mendix Cloud).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and server configuration.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- **Tools and Platforms**:

- Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Developer Portal.
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or similar.
- Version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years in Mendix administration or related roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
