We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Executive to join our team and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality production processes.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

Ensure all production processes adhere to GMP and FDA standards.

Maintain and manage production-related documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and compliance reports.

Monitor production lines for quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality meets regulatory and company standards.

Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely procurement to avoid disruptions.

Train and guide production staff on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety measures.

Conduct periodic audits of production processes and equipment to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: M.Sc. in Cosmetic Science or a related field is mandatory.

3-5 years of proven experience in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, FDA standards, and related regulatory requirements.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in maintaining production documentation and reports.

Effective communication and leadership skills to manage production teams.

Familiarity with production machinery and equipment in the cosmetics industry.
