**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Present and promote our products and services effectively.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong command of the language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
