**Key Responsibilities**:Internal Auditing - Functional Areas**:

- Conduct internal audits across all departments, focusing on:

- **Payments & Expenses** - verification of vendor payments, petty cash, and expense claims
- **Sales & Purchase Audits** - validate invoices, GST compliance, rate contracts, and delivery schedules
- **Banking Audits** - review cash flow, fund utilization, bank reconciliations, and interest tracking
- **Stock & Inventory Audits** - perform stock verifications, material movement tracking (inward/outward), wastage control

**Material Management & Plant Operations**:

- Review procurement cycles and vendor negotiations
- Ensure adherence to purchase order policies and GRN validations
- Verify material consumption, transfer, and scrap disposal
- Flag discrepancies between physical stock and ERP data

**Reporting & Controls**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations
- Track and report non-compliance or process gaps to the management
- Recommend improvements in SOPs and internal control systems
- Support statutory and cost audits as required

**System and Compliance Checks**:

- Evaluate accuracy of data in **ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle, etc.)**:

- Ensure adherence to **internal financial controls**, tax regulations, and accounting standards
- Follow up on action taken reports for past audits
- Qualified **Inter CA / Chartered Accountant (CA)**:

- 2-5 years of experience in **internal audit in manufacturing setups**:

- Industry background in **steel, tubes, pipes, heavy engineering, or PEB** preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of **Excel, ERP systems, and audit tools**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
