**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
As a Accounts Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our financial activities with precision and expertise. You will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience (3 years) in a senior accounting role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
