**Your Role**

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. Your focus will be on understanding guest preferences, addressing requests, and resolving minor issues. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience, you bring a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. If you have a personal vehicle, that’s an added bonus, enabling flexibility in service.

**About You**
- Manage day-to-day guest interactions, ensuring prompt and efficient response to guest requests.
- Communicate directly with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalised service.
- Resolve guest queries and minor grievances with professionalism.
- Assist in implementing guest delight programs and initiatives.
- Perform quality checks on property readiness before guest arrival.
