**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Management**: Oversee daily school operations, including curriculum delivery, staff management, and student discipline.Lead and support teachers, administrative staff, and students to achieve educational goals.Implement school policies and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
**Curriculum & Instruction**:Collaborate with teachers to develop and refine instructional programs.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of curriculum and teaching methods to ensure student achievement.Ensure the implementation of innovative and inclusive teaching practices.
**Staff Supervision & Development**:Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and encourage professional development.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for teachers and staff.
**Student Performance & Welfare**:Monitor and promote student academic performance and behavioral development.Address student issues related to academic challenges, behavior, or social-emotional well-being.Support student extracurricular activities and encourage a positive school culture.
**Budget & Resource Management**:Manage the school’s financial resources, including budgeting, purchasing, and fundraising.Allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the students and staff.Oversee the maintenance and safety of school facilities.
**Parent & Community Engagement**:Foster relationships with parents and the community to support student success.Organize and attend school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community meetings.Serve as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders.
**Discipline & Safety**:Enforce disciplinary policies and procedures.Ensure a safe and inclusive school environment for all students and staff.Respond to emergencies and crisis situations efficiently.
**Skills & Qualifications**:Education: Typically a master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field.Experience: Several years of teaching experience and prior leadership roles (e.g., assistant principal).Certifications: State certification for school administration, if applicable.
**Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.The role of a principal requires balancing administrative duties with leadership to inspire both students and staff to reach their full potential.
**Educational Qualifications**
Degree / Master
B Ed or M Ed
Experience
- Teaching experience in reputed CBSE
**- Preference given to residents of Gurugram followed by Delhi/NCR region**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
