**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative and technical support for maintaining the records, documentation, and data management of the Plant & Machinery department, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment, maintenance schedules, and operational reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update daily records of machinery movement, utilization, and downtime.
- Prepare machinery deployment and maintenance schedules in coordination with site teams.
- Enter and update data in Excel related to machinery, fuel consumption, repairs, and spare parts.
- Assist in maintaining logbooks, calibration certificates, and service records of all equipment.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly machinery performance reports.
- Coordinate with the store, accounts, and HR for machinery-related documentation (diesel reports, operator attendance, etc.).
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all P&M documents.
- Support the Plant Incharge in preparing MIS, vendor bills, and maintenance summaries.
- Ensure timely communication of breakdowns and repairs to management.
- Handle correspondence and documentation related to plant insurance, registration, and renewals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in Plant & Machinery / Construction / Equipment handling department preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good typing and data entry accuracy.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with coordination across sites and workshops.
- May require occasional visits to plant yard or project sites for data verification.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
