- 12 Th Pass, OR Cosmetology license or relevant certification.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with Relevant Field.
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a Hairstylist in a salon or similar setting.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our salon team. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing a range of hair care services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on hairstyle options, including cuts, colors, and treatments.
- Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling, and other hair care services according to client specifications.
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and generate revenue.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair and passion for hair design.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
