Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Sales and Purchase Entry: Accurately record and maintain daily sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.

2. Bank Entries: Ensure timely and accurate recording of bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

3. Vendor Payments: Process vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of invoices.

4. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency between company records and bank statements.

5. GST Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and ensure compliance in all financial transactions.

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field

**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)

2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills

4. Attention to detail and accuracy

5. Good communication and organizational skills

6. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

7. Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance
