Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the Global team:

- Design and edit visual content in line with candi solar's brand guidelines
- Use and modify ready-made templates for various marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand standards
- Create and edit social media posts, ensuring they are engaging and consistent with the brand’s voice and visual identity
- Edit video content for social media and other platforms, maintaining high quality and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms and are visually appealing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital media

**Location**: Bangalore / Mumbai (Hybrid role, combined with working from home)

**Hours**:Full time (Five days a week)

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in the renewable energy or tech industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools
- Experience with video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create content tailored to each platform
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus
