**Position Overview**

You will collaborate with our U.S.based team and play a key role in helping S&A Professional Solutions grow by providing high-quality, timely tax services and strengthening client relationships through accuracy and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and review U.S. individual (Form 1040) and business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS and state regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and make proactive recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm data security standards.
- Stay up to date with U.S. tax law changes and filing requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation (individual and business).
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. tax laws and forms.
- Proficiency with CCH Access tax software
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
- (preferred) CPA, EA, or AFSP credential.
- Bookkeeping and Payroll Experience is a Plus
