**Job Description: Intraday trader for Currency/Gold Trading**

Freshers, please excuse.

Job description & Salary structure

First 1 to 3 months would be the training period, in which we will train you, we will guide you on how forex market works and provide you lessons on risk management/money management, trading psychology/ news trading / forex pairs.

We will work with you to develop profitable trading strategy and will back test it in live market in on demo accounts. If you already have a good strategy, you can back test it in forex, or we will develop one.

During this period, we will give you 10,000Rs/ month salary.

Once your training period is completed, by looking at the demo accounts results and performance, we will upgrade you to Intraday trader profile.

Salary would be 20000Rs + 30% of profit share of funded account.

Additionally, if your strategy is fixed, we might shift you to the hybrid mode, in which you only have to come 1 to 3 days in a week, rest of the days you can trade from your home.

If you have past trading experience in Stock/currency/commodities trading, kindly share the profit/loss statement in the form link given below. Even if in net you are in loss, kindly share the trading statement. Additional preference would be given to those traders who share the PnL (profit and loss) statement of at least 3 months or more. The name in the statement and overall PnL should be visible.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with chief trading strategy developers on trading ideas and strategies.

2. Execute & maintain a detailed trading journal for intraday trades.

3. Follow proper risk management guidelines as instructed.

**Requirements**:
*Our traders only trade in EURUSD, USDJPY, GBPUSD and XAUUSD.

Personal laptops are required for trading (company will not provide the laptops)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday - 10am to 7 pm
