**We are looking for an Experienced Receptionist cum Mediclaim Processor for our hospital.**

**1st Part**

**Roles & Responsibilities as a Receptionist**

**Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.**

**Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.**

**Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.**

**Assisting patients in filling medical forms**

**Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to concern departments**

**2nd part**

**Roles & Responsibilities of a Medicalim Processor**

Communicating with insurance company and beneficiaries.

Preparing claim forms and related documentation.

Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.

Recording and maintaining insurance policy and claims information in a database system.

Performing other clerical tasks, as required.

**Required Skills**:
At least 1 years of experience in a related role.

Computer literate.

Good administrative and organizational skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary : Rs. 10000/- to 15000/-**

**(Salary will be finalized based on Experience)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
