Job Description: Collections Executive Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Working Days: 6 Days a Week Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
- Make outbound calls to customers for timely collection of dues and payments. *Follow up on pending payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and commitments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Hindi fluency is mandatory; English should be manageable. *Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Basic accounts knowledge is an advantage.
- Prior experience in collections or credit recovery preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
