**Job description**

**We’re hiring a creative all-rounder who can take charge of both video editing and Design Executive. From editing reels and explainers to designing engaging blog and social creatives — you’ll support daily content output that’s fast, smart, and visually tight.**

You should be someone who understands basic copy, can read between the lines, and translate content into visual formats that are not just eye-catching, but also clear and impactful.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit both short-form (reels, snippets) and long-form (interviews, explainers) video content
- Design social media graphics, blog headers, memes, and infographics
- Work closely with content writers and marketing team to visualize stories
- Understand written content, headlines, and tone to deliver visuals that match the message
- Research formats and trends, and bring fresh ideas to every piece
- Work independently, take initiative, and deliver consistently under tight timelines

**Skills & Tools Required**
- Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, InShot
- Understanding of layout, transitions, typography, and basic motion design
- Awareness of content structure and audience behavior
- Bonus: Subtitles, meme edits, text-heavy content styling

**What We’re Looking For**
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in both video editing and design
- A portfolio that shows range and creativity across formats
- Strong sense of storytelling and ability to think beyond a brief
- Basic copy comprehension — ability to match design with written messaging
- Self-starter, fast-learner, and execution-focused
