Key Responsibilities
- **Capturing Media**:Shoot professional-grade photographs and videos, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- **Concept Development**:Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and overall content strategies.
- **Equipment Management**:Maintain and manage professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- **File Management**:Organize, archive, and maintain digital libraries of photo and video files for easy access and future use.
- **On-Site Coordination**:Coordinate and direct on-site shoots, managing talent and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, techniques, and technologies in photography, videography, and editing.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- **Technical Proficiency**:Expertise in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Visual Storytelling**:Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for visual composition, timing, and visual design to create compelling narratives.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in photo and video editing, including color grading and correction, audio editing and mixing, and basic graphic design.
- **Attention to Detail**:A meticulous approach to ensure high-quality output, consistency, and the absence of errors.
- **Collaboration**:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with directors, producers, and other creative team members.
- **Problem-Solving**:The ability to creatively solve challenges that may arise during the production or editing process.
- **Time Management**:Strong time management skills to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
