**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Understand the client’s needs and present customized solutions from TheXtruder’s service offerings. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- **Sales Closing**: Drive the full sales cycle—identify leads, pitch services, follow up, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- **Proposal Development**: Create tailored business proposals and presentations showcasing TheXtruder’s services and how they align with the client's goals.
- **Client Retention**: Foster lasting relationships with clients by ensuring they are satisfied with the delivered services and by providing post-sale support.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including web development, digital marketing, and design, to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales progress and provide regular updates to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in business development, sales, or the digital marketing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, social media marketing, and design services.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet targets and manage multiple client accounts.
