Assist the Senior Ayurvedic Doctor in delivering high-quality teleconsultation services to patients. Support patients with queries/concerns, provide initial assessments, and promote BOHECO's branded Vijaya-based poly-herbal formulations. Contribute to enhancing patient care and satisfaction in a virtual consultation environment while maintaining documentation/records and fostering brand awareness.
- Patient Interaction: Assist the Senior Doctor in conducting teleconsultations by gathering preliminary patient information, addressing initial queries, and supporting virtual assessments. - Prescription Assistance: Aid in the preparation of prescriptions under the guidance of the Senior Doctor, ensuring adherence to BOHECO protocols and compliance with regulations. - Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in BOHECO's cannabis-based and poly-herbal products to provide accurate information to patients. - Patient Education: Educate patients about the usage, benefits, and possible side effects of prescribed treatments and formulations. - Repeat Purchase & Retention: Proactively engage with patients’ post-consultation to ensure continued use of prescribed medicines, - Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and feedback. - Follow-ups: Coordinate with patients for regular follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and ensure compliance. Create and follow a Follow-up schedule for proactive follow-ups. - Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Doctor and support staff to streamline teleconsultation operations and improve patient experience. - Surveys & Feedback Management: Design and conduct patient surveys to gather insights about their experiences, expectations, and treatment outcomes. Collect and document feedback on consultations and prescribed medicines to recommend improvements in teleconsultation services and enhance overall product and/or service quality. - Compliance: Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to telemedicine and cannabis-based treatments. - Brand Advocacy: Represent BOHECO professionally, promoting the brand's values and mission in patient interactions. - Facilitation of sales: Communicating with and closing the sale with customers who require an understanding from an expert. encourage repeat purchases, and foster long-term patient retention. - Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that complement patients’ treatment plans, enhancing their overall health and wellness journey.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
