**Responsibilities of Chef and Content Creator**:

- Enthusiastic about experimenting with new foods and recipes.
- Good product knowledge and ratio specifications in developing new spices, seasonings, and condiments.
- Participating actively in events and being present for sampling or hot cooking depending on the event.
- Must be comfortable in front of the camera and have the confidence to speak in front of a group of people, as well as teach and lead workshops.
- Evaluate incoming samples, organize trials, and develop recipes.
- Follow costing guidelines for product costing, cost improvement, and product optimization.
- Create new recipe options.
- As needed track, record, and replenish inventory.

**Qualifications & Expectations**:

- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Excellent communication.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
