The Survey Caller plays a key role in helping organizations collect valuable information for market research, customer satisfaction, or public opinion studies. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Conduct Surveys**: - Make outbound calls to individuals from provided lists to conduct surveys. - Follow a standardized script to ask survey questions. - Ensure clarity and understanding of questions by the respondents. - **Data Collection**: - Accurately record responses in the survey software or database. - Verify and check the completeness and accuracy of collected data. - **Respondent Engagement**: - Build rapport with respondents to encourage participation. - Address any questions or concerns respondents may have about the survey. - **Quality Assurance**: - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for conducting surveys. - Ensure all collected data meets quality standards and confidentiality requirements. - **Reporting and Feedback**: - Provide regular feedback on survey responses and any issues encountered during calls. - Report any patterns or trends noticed during the survey process to the supervisor. **Qualifications**: - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
