**Job Opportunity: Carnatic Vocal Teacher**

**Position**: Carnatic Vocal Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct vocal lessons in Carnatic music for students of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
- Teach foundational and advanced concepts, including swaras, alankaras, varnams, kritis, and manodharma (improvisation).
- Guide students in voice training, pitch accuracy, and rhythmic precision.
- Foster a deep understanding of Carnatic music theory, history, and aesthetics.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and competitions.
- Encourage students to participate in cultural and musical events.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Formal training in Carnatic music (minimum diploma or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Carnatic vocal teacher or performer.
- Strong knowledge of the nuances of Carnatic ragas, talas, and compositions.
- Ability to teach traditional and contemporary Carnatic repertoire.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Patience, dedication, and a passion for preserving and promoting Carnatic music.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,225.00 - ₹40,694.76 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
