**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Create a safe and healthy environment for the students.
- Ensure that students adhere to the hostel's rules and regulations.
- Attend to students' needs and address their concerns.
- Monitor students' behavior and provide guidance and counseling as needed.
- Organize extracurricular activities for the students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
- Coordinate with school staff and parents regarding students' academic and behavioral progress.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents to school management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the school management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Hostel Warden or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Physical and emotional stamina to work with students in a residential setting.
- Ability to enforce discipline with compassion.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
