Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling IT assets, Desktops, Laptops, Server, Firewall, Hardware, Software, and Networking Support. Responsible for escalations of technical issues. Security management. Introducing latest technology.
- Complete installation and maintenance of a server
- Firewall Configuration in expert level
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, server, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
- Software Installation & Configuration
- Maintaining IT Hardware & Network Infrastructure
- LAN implementation
- Laptop/Desktop maintenance
- Troubleshooting computer issues,

1. Experience: 1 to 3 years

2. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team are a must

4. Bachelors or masters degree in a computer field

Optional product or system certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
