An Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for selling various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Contact prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell insurance products that best suit the clients' needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Client Management and Service**:

- Assess and understand clients' insurance needs and risk profiles.
- Explain the benefits, terms, and conditions of different insurance policies in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual or business requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss renewals, policy updates, and new products.
- Provide post-sale support, including assistance with policy servicing and claims processes.
- **Education and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing) is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent experience may be acceptable.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and persistent, with a resilient spirit.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
