IT Trainer

**Job Title**: IT Faculty - Full Stack Java & Full Stack Python

The IT Faculty is responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in programming languages such as Full Stack Java and Python to engineering students. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment, designing curriculum, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student progress.

**Job Location**: Thane Station Road / Airoli / Dombivli

Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Instruction**: Conduct classroom lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions to deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge in programming languages. Knowledge of Full Stack development and Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in IT and programming to continuously update course content and methodologies.
- **Lab Management**: Supervise lab sessions, ensure the proper functioning of software/hardware, and support students during practical work.
- **Collaboration**: Work with peers and management to enhance education quality, attend faculty meetings, and contribute to academic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Full Stack development. Knowledge of Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience or a strong interest in education and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
