All Import export related logistics, license & documentation works, including but not limited to
- Order Processing and preparing internal order copy against final order received and distributing the same to respective departments.
- Preparing of Proforma invoices for sales confirmation and getting confirmation from Customer.
- Preparation of customs Invoice & Packing List and also as per Letter of Credit for Customs clearance.
- Get in touch with CHA and Shipping Lines and supply necessary documents for Import-Export consignment clearance.
- Liason with Banks for Export/Import Documents negotiate, Packing Credit, Forex, Forward Contract.
- Preparation of Export/Import documents according to Letter of Credit term.
- Look after the Drawbacks, RoDtep and Focus Product Scheme.
- Coordinate with Clearing Agent; Liaison with Banks for Packing Credit, FOREX, Forward Contract.
- Appling Advance License. at dgft regularly as per import consignment. Regularly mentioned MEIS License statement
- Arrange EBRC documents for Lodge EBRC at Bank
- Regularly MEIS LIC Appling with Broker.
- Redemption of Advance License.

MEIS License utilization for clearing Import consignment. Appling, and EPCG License for Import of materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
