Embroidery In-charge

**Job Summary**:
The Embroidery In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the entire embroidery process from design to finished product, ensuring that production runs efficiently and meets quality standards. The role involves managing embroidery machines, leading the team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead the embroidery team, ensuring proper training, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
- **Machine Management**: Oversee the operation of embroidery machines, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. Perform regular maintenance checks and coordinate repairs if necessary.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with the production and planning departments to create embroidery schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect embroidery work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards, both in terms of design accuracy and craftsmanship.
- **Design Interpretation**: Work closely with designers to understand the required embroidery patterns and make sure they are accurately translated into machine-readable formats.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues with embroidery machines, threads, or patterns, ensuring mínimal disruption to the production process.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain stock levels of embroidery threads, needles, backing materials, and other consumables required for the embroidery process.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the quality of embroidery output.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the embroidery department, including safe machine operation and a clean working environment.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain production reports, machine logs, and records of quality checks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,477.49 - ₹48,999.36 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
