**Job Title**: Academic Advisor
**Location**: Samastipur, Bihar
**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
**Gender Preference**: Male

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Address academic challenges and suggest improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to implement academic policies.
- Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and student development programs.
- Maintain records of student progress and counseling sessions.
- Support in planning and implementing institutional academic strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of academic frameworks and career pathways.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Master’s degree preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in academic advising, counseling, or education sector.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
