Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated **Piping Designer** to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in **Gurugram/Gurgaon**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere to and promote the company safety culture
- Focus on the quality of design work in accordance with the project/Hatch procedures
- Develop a good understanding of Hatch standards and industry best practice
- Produce piping Material Take Offs (MTOs)
- Design and Modelling of Piping/ items using piping specifications and procedures..
- Ability to understand the P&ID’s and its requirements for piping design and extraction of isometrics,
- Basic understanding of inline and online instrumentation items.
- Develop Piping design using vendor drawings
- Locate and select pipe supports with piping stress analyst input.
- Interdsciplinary Co -ordination.
- Extraction and self checking of Isometrics
- Produce design deliverables.

**Qualifications and Experience**
Advanced Degree /Diploma of Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical preferred)

**Years of experience**: 5-15yrs
Good understanding of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) policy and standards

**Preferred**
- Software: Bentley OPD
- Alternate software: Smart plant or any other 3D piping software platform
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
