**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office environment and providing basic support to office staff. This role includes general cleaning, making and serving coffee, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness in the office by regularly cleaning common areas such as restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
- Ensure office floors, carpets, windows, and desks are tidy and free from dust or clutter.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Assist with sanitizing surfaces, especially in high-traffic areas.
- **Coffee and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages for employees and guests as requested.
- Ensure that the kitchen area is stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., coffee, sugar, milk, cups).
- **Office Support**:

- Assist with delivering office supplies and materials to different departments or staff members.
- Run errands (e.g., sending documents or packages)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office boy or in a similar support role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of office hygiene and maintenance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact well with employees and guests.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Positive, proactive, and reliable work ethic.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift light to moderate office supplies.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
