Lab Incharge

Qualification : MSC Medical Biochemistry, BSC MLT,DMLT(DME).
- CMAI with minimum 10 years of experiences.
- The Lab Incharge is responsible for the overall management and coordination of laboratory activities
- This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing laboratory personnel, overseeing equipment maintenance, and facilitating efficient workflow
- Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership:Manage and lead a team of laboratory staff, providing guidance and support
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to lab personnel
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, safety protocols, and other relevant topics
- Safet Compliance:Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with safety regulations and protocols
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for laboratory personnel
- Equipment and Inventory Management:Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and proper use of laboratory equipment
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
