
Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in English and local language (if applicable).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
