**Job Title**: Welfare Officer
**Location**: Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
**Qualification**: Must be certified/passed out from **State Labour Welfare Board**
**Experience**: 2-5 years preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor statutory welfare measures as per the Factories Act and other labour laws.
- Address employee grievances related to health, hygiene, safety, and welfare facilities.
- Act as a liaison between workers, management, and government labour authorities.
- Maintain all registers and records related to welfare activities and ensure compliance during inspections.
- Organize awareness drives, training programs, and health camps to enhance employee well-being.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
