Title: Mathematics Teacher

Location: Pollachi

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Bharath Vidhya Nikketan Matric Hr. Sec. School. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and inspiring our students, fostering their love for mathematics and promoting their academic growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students of various grade levels.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and performance in mathematics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive mathematics curriculum.
- Integrate technology into teaching practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences as required.
- Stay up to date with advancements in the field of mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for teaching mathematics.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
