**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software.
- Collaborate with interior designers to understand design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive floor plans that depict the layout, spatial organization, and circulation within interior spaces.
- Produce elevation drawings to illustrate the vertical arrangement of interior elements such as walls, doors, windows, and architectural features.
- Generate section drawings that depict the interior structure, construction details, and material specifications.
- Provide detailed drawings of specialized interior elements, including built-in furniture, millwork, lighting fixtures, and decorative elements.
- Incorporate material and finish specifications into drawings and communicate them to contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to resolve design conflicts and ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Update and revise drawings as needed throughout the design and construction process, maintaining organized documentation of all revisions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design and architectural drafting.

**Requirements**:

- Experience 2-4 years.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma or equivalent certification in interior design, architecture, drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
- Strong spatial visualization abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or a related field is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work, including technical drawings and plans, is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
