**Responsibilities**:
1. Clinical Expertise: Provide expert dermatological care with a focus on aesthetics procedures and laser treatments.

2. Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' skin concerns, aesthetic goals, and medical history.

3. Aesthetics Procedures: Perform a variety of aesthetics procedures, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.

4. Laser Treatments: Administer laser therapies for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, scar reduction, and other dermatological conditions.

5. Customized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and preferences.

6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetics, and laser technologies.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting procedures and treatment outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
1. Medical Degree: MD or equivalent in Dermatology.

2. License: Valid medical license to practice dermatology.

3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dermatologist with a focus on aesthetics procedures and laser treatments.

4. Skills: Proficient in performing aesthetics procedures and various laser therapies.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients.

6. Professionalism: Strong commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and satisfaction.

7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
