**SUPERVISOR**

**A production Engineer is a professional who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. They can plan to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.**

**Industry Knowledge**
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies and standards of manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Knowledge of PDCA, ISO 9001- 2015, QMS, 5S.
- Excellent communication skills. (Hindi will be added Advantage)
- Great attention to detail and results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Maintaining the Production log and production report.
- Handling of workers and Negotiation skills with customers or suppliers.
- Getting the target daily production from the workers
- Supporting to reduce the scrap and wastage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,413.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
