- 15days to Immediate
- 1. Create task lists for all projects/activities
- 2. Maintain meeting agenda/ minutes
- 3. Coordinate project plans, timelines with all stakeholders
- 4. Plan follow up/ progress check meetings
- 5. Monitor progress of projects
- 6. Monitoring all documents to ensure project timelines
- 7. Support preparation of project budget/ timeframe/ resources
- 8. Support preparation of executive presentations, dashboards for business reviews

Skill Set Required

Good organizational skills
- Proactively and clearly communicates important & specific information that others need
- Ability and desire to learn new skills
- Knowledge of basic project management principles
- Dependability and team management
- Should possess positive attitude & self confidence
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Power-point
