We are currently seeking a dedicated Academic Coordinator with a robust academic background to contribute to our institution's educational excellence. The Academic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our academic programs.

**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with faculty to design and update curriculum materials.

Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.

Implement innovative teaching strategies and educational technologies.

Student Support:
Provide academic guidance and support to students.

Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Organize and facilitate workshops or tutoring sessions as needed.

Faculty Collaboration:
Coordinate with faculty members to ensure a cohesive and integrated academic approach.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty.

Foster a positive and collaborative academic environment.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student learning outcomes.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with faculty to implement changes based on assessment results.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in academic coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the curriculum.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: ₹14,815.43 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
