**Job Title: Graphic Designer - E-commerce**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate changes into designs.

Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.

A/B Testing: Participate in A/B testing for design elements to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in e-commerce or digital media.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
