This is a remote position.

**Role Description***:
We are looking for someone who feels excited about:
ü Developing a variety of educational content impacting lakhs of students and thousands of teachers across the country

ü making Mathematics engaging and fun for students and teachers

ü managing a fast-paced delivery schedule and help drive product strategy

ü working with a tightly-knit team of passionate people to deliver a high quality product

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Associate Content Product Manager; your key responsibilities will be to:
ü deliver on-time, error-free and in-full content as per customers’ requirements

ü ensure judicious cascading of information in a timely manner

ü review content and share feedback on a regular basis

ü propose solutions to new requirements considering the upstream and downstream impact

ü effectively articulate the key problem and solution statements

ü focus on processes for dialing up quality
- ensure skill development and professional growth of team members role**Requirements**:

**Educational**

**Qualifications**:
Graduate/Postgraduate preferred in Mathematics.

**Relevant Experience**:

- 2-4 years of teaching (preferably in primary grades)
- content development
- managing a team of 2 to 4 persons (minimum)
- planning and executing projects (preferred)

**Knowledge**:

- sound Mathematical content knowledge for primary grades
- understanding of different pedagogical methods, Bloom’s taxonomy and curriculum frameworks including NCF
- exposure to SSC and CBSE education board content and related products available in the market

**Core Skills**:

- people management and mentorship skills
- project management and prioritization skills
- ability to review content, improve quality, and share feedback with team members/freelancers
- working proficiency of computers, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, typing and formatting skills
- familiarity with Adobe tools will be beneficial

**Soft Skills**:

- effective communication skills and the willingness to interact proactively with in-house and virtual colleagues.
