Deliver high-quality IT training to clients in Python Django, AWS, Java Springboot, Data Science, and Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain training materials and programs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of IT and incorporate them into training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and services
- Provide feedback to Students on their progress and assist with troubleshooting technical issues
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide mentoring and coaching to junior trainers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Trainer
- Strong knowledge of Python Django, AWS, Java Springboot, Data Science, and Data Analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as required

**Education and Certification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certifications in Python Django, AWS, Java Springboot, Data Science, and Data Analytics are preferred
