**Job Title: Experienced Salesperson - Jewellery Showroom**

**Location**: Puducherry
**Job Timing**: 9:30am -9:30pm

**Week off**: Sunday

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences and guide them in choosing jewellery pieces.
- Provide detailed product information on gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Ensure the showroom displays are attractive, clean, and well-maintained.
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends, designs, and pricing.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience in jewellery sales** (gold/diamond/silver preferred).
- Strong product knowledge in jewellery and gemstones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and POS systems.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
